Meet Constance

Constance Aloe leads the Distinctive People team and brings more than 20 years' experience helping founders, CEOs and leadership teams navigate growth, change and people challenges. She is passionate about making HR more approachable, less scary and turning it into a secret weapon for small businesses.

Constance is a passionate advocate for small to mid-sized businesses and regularly contributes workplace insights to SmartCompany and Inside Small Business. Her contributions to both the profession and the business community have been recognised publicly, including recognition in Parliament.

Powered by coffee and the Fair Work Act, Constance reads the legislation so you don't have to.
